I graduated from the University of Washington with a Master in Social Work - Integrated Health and Mental Health concentration. I was with Seattle Counseling Service for over 16 years and returned to Public Health as Program Manager for a national health survey in King and Snohomish Counties.

In 2020, I started a private practice in Seattle’s Chinatown/International District focused on LGBTQI2+ People Of Color with particular interest in Asian/Pacific Islander Americans. I provide program consultation with clinical expertise. In 2021, I completed a series of monthly trainings through Northwest MHTTC focused on Provider Well-being.
